There are plenty of 3rd party products for exporting your GridView data to an Microsoft Excel spreadsheet, but it's easy enough to do the old fashion way... Copy and Paste!

You want to use dropdownlists in a formview control to aid your users in choosing the correct child-table entry. You have the potential for null values, so are having issues avoiding the trouble of directly binding the dropdownlist's selected value. Here's my work-around.

Alt (or Title) tags are dull. Worse, they dont hang around, and by default fade off of the page before the user is done reading the small book you placed in it. In this posting, I demonstrate the use of layers to take the place of alt tags.

It was bound to be a game to remember, as the Komets faced the 1-5-0 Stickmen. The Stickmen have the roughest Penalty Minute Makers in the league, with well over 20 total minutes in the sin bin. David Blubaugh (the Stickman Goalie) was not one to disappoint. I don’t know what our resident antagonist Sean Kier said to get him out of his net like that, but it must have been about his momma.
